Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Platform Data team! In this role, you will be responsible for building for the services that power the data infrastructure of Autodesk's existing and future AEC products. This opportunity is for you if you have passion for enterprise level service development and are excited by the idea of transforming how AEC professionals use data to capture knowledge, inform decisions, and deliver projects.

Responsibilities
Involved with all aspects of software development, working to create and maintain the most reliable, secure, performant, and high throughput service for our customers by leveraging cloud technology.
Partner closely with product managers, product owners, software architects, and other stakeholders to iteratively turn high-level requirements into product enhancements that are delivered to customers incrementally and continually.
Contribute to software design and architecture by leveraging cloud design patterns and injecting your cloud expertise into the entire development lifecycle.
Hands-on software development for infrastructure that will perform at scale.
Implement unit, regression and end-to-end tests
Contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business needs.
Document and present your ideas and solutions accurately and thoroughly.
Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
6+ years of Full-stack Software Development experience building enterprise level cloud services
Proficient in backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (React, JavaScript) development
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and microservices
Experience with AWS services and technologies (e.g., EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS)
Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, c#) and frameworks (e.g., Sprint boot, Node.js, .Net)
Understanding of security principles, authentication, and authorization mechanisms in AWS including SOC-2
Experience implementing and maintaining automated testing processes to ensure code quality
Experience in monitoring backend performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance system scalability, response times, and resource utilization
Experience of working in Agile process is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Responsabilites
Participez a tous les aspects du developpement logiciel, en travaillant a la creation et a la maintenance du service le plus fiable, securise, performant et a haut debit pour nos clients, en tirant parti de la technologie cloud
Collaborez etroitement avec les chefs de produit, les proprietaires de produit, les architectes logiciels et les autres parties prenantes afin de transformer de maniere iterative les exigences de haut niveau en ameliorations de produits qui sont fournies aux clients de maniere incrementielle et continue
Contribuer a la conception et a l'architecture des logiciels en tirant parti des modeles de conception cloud et en integrant votre expertise cloud dans l'ensemble du cycle de vie du developpement
Developpement pratique de logiciels pour une infrastructure performante a grande echelle
Mettre en oeuvre des tests unitaires, de regression et de bout en bout
Contribuer a l'amelioration des processus et des livrables qui augmentent l'efficacite et l'efficience de l'equipe dans sa reponse aux besoins des clients et de l'entreprise
Documenter et presenter vos idees et solutions de maniere precise et exhaustive
Participer a des rotations d'astreinte pour assurer le support des systemes de production.
Qualifications minimales
Licence ou master en informatique
Plus de 6 ans d'experience en developpement logiciel full-stack dans la creation de services cloud de niveau entreprise
Maitrise du developpement backend (Java, Spring Boot) et frontend (React, JavaScript)
Excellente comprehension de l'architecture cloud et des microservices
Experience des services et technologies AWS (par exemple, EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS)
Maitrise des langages de programmation (par exemple, Java, JavaScript, c#) et des frameworks (par exemple, Sprint boot, Node.js, .Net)
Comprehension des principes de securite, des mecanismes d'authentification et d'autorisation dans AWS, y compris SOC-2
Experience dans la mise en oeuvre et la maintenance de processus de test automatises pour garantir la qualite du code
Experience dans la surveillance des performances backend, l'identification des domaines a ameliorer et la mise en oeuvre d'optimisations pour ameliorer l'evolutivite du systeme, les temps de reponse et l'utilisation des ressources
Une experience de travail dans le processus Agile est preferable

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,600 and $144,650. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
