Compensation:

180,000 - 270,000 (Base Salary) + ISO Options

We are seeking a

Senior Full Stack Engineer

with a strong focus on the front end (70-80% front end, 20-30% back end) to join our fast-moving team. You will be instrumental in developing the intuitive interface that integrates complex machine learning models, unlocking advanced growth and marketing capabilities for our customers.



As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the end-to-end development of features for a new generation of marketing and growth products, ensuring a seamless and powerful user experience.

Key Responsibilities:



End-to-End Feature Development:

Architect and build features end-to-end, with a heavy front-end focus, for new marketing and growth products.

AI Integration:

Integrate complex

ML models

into a highly interactive user interface, surfacing critical insights that empower marketers to make confident decisions.

User Experience:

Craft intuitive interfaces for non-technical marketing and growth teams, enabling them to easily set up complex experiments and engage with advanced features.

Collaboration:

Work closely with customers, designers, product managers, and ML engineers to understand real-world behavior and translate business requirements into robust systems.

System Architecture:

Independently lead and architect complex frontend systems, and be proficient in building

CRUD

applications with a solid understanding of backend API design and data models.

Future Challenges:

Help build a deep

analytics and observability platform

to surface key marketing insights.

Requirements



Experience:

3 to 8 years of professional experience in

software engineering, with a front-end centric focus.

Frontend Expertise:

Proven experience working closely with product teams to build user interfaces from

zero to one

.

Technical Leadership:

Ability to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems.

Core Technologies:

Proficiency in

TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS

.

Full Stack Knowledge:

Solid understanding of building CRUD applications and a proficiency with backend API design (experience with

Go

is a plus).

Mindset:

Ability to approach challenges with a

first-principles mindset

, move quickly, and execute efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:



Familiarity with building and integrating interfaces for

AI/Machine Learning

products in a B2B setting. Experience in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) or marketing/growth technology space.
