Senior Flexo Printing Press Operator

Position Summary:

As one of our

Senior Press Operators

, you'll be responsible for independently operating our Mark Andy Flexographic Presses, executing high-quality print jobs from start to finish. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results, mentoring junior staff, and supporting overall production excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Set up and run Mark Andy Flexographic Presses Monitor and maintain print quality and consistency throughout runs Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Work closely with QA and production staff to meet daily targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide mentorship and training to junior operators as needed

Education & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years experience as a Flexographic Press Operator (Mark Andy experience preferred) Proven track record of running print jobs independently and efficiently

Skills & Abilities:

Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong communication and team collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
