Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented senior Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multiple fire alarm systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires proficiency in troubleshooting, inspections reports, code and mechanical knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of fire alarm systems. You will work both independently and with an apprentice to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Duties

maintain, and repair various fire alarm systems Client relations, collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide recommendations for fire alarm systems. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks. Troubleshoot issues with low voltage systems, sensors, and electrical components. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. Ensure adherence to the CFAA

Experience

Proven experience in field service or as a service technician in the fire alarm industry. Familiarity with fire sprinkler fitting is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge related to fire alarm systems and construction processes. Electrical certification is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in various environments while adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.40-$43.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
