The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing financial reports, statements and analyzing financial data. This individual will provide direct supervision to accounting team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide leadership and support to A/P, A/R and Payroll departments Responsible for overall financial reporting of the operation Compile and analyze financial reporting packages Prepare annual budgets, monthly/weekly forecasts Reconcile balance sheet accounts to supporting documentation, investigate and resolve reconciling items Participate in the development of and support the company's strategic plans Complete credit application

Qualifications

Accounting designation (CMA,CGA or CA), OR an equivalent combination of related experience and education Preferably have 5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role Experienced in Financial Analyst, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; must have strong attention to details Strong management and communication skills Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic business environment
