Analyze and oversee operating expenses and headcount.
Develop effective connections with BU and finance leaders.
Serve as the key contact for headcount and SG&A insights.
Create and maintain financial models for decision support.
Generate financial reports and close packages.
Oversee headcount and employee cost budgeting.
Improve forecast accuracy with updated information.
Proactively address potential risks and opportunities.
Manage annual planning and align with corporate guidelines.
Keep BU master data and organizational changes current.
Efficiently troubleshoot system and process issues.
Transition to advanced analytics tools from legacy systems.
Assist with additional analytics and projects.
Seek ongoing learning and guidance.
QualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred.
Relevant certifications such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are a plus.
Proficient in FP&A systems like JDE, Hyperion, Oracle EPM.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate-level experience with Power BI; SQL skills are a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages like VBA is advantageous.
Minimum of 5+ years in FP&A roles or related financial analysis positions.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Employment DetailsSalary: $90.000 - $110.000 Per Annum
Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Hybrid
Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
