We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position reports to the FP&A Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis Budgeting and Forecasting Prepare annual budget preparation Prepare quarterly reforecasting Management Reporting Prepare monthly business review presentation Decision Support Analyze financial data and create financial models Analyze trends and recommend actions for optimization Prepare scenario modeling and create tools for business purposes Collect and analyze the impact of economic, forex and competitor data Business Intelligence Work with department managers and operators to develop and track KPIs Develop dashboards and similar tools Become data mining expert in NetSuite Supply Chain Analyze trends and prepare weekly demand planning Prepare weekly updates on logistics and product trends Project monthly and quarterly changes to logistics costs Investigate and present new partners or programs for increased efficiency Accounting Assist in Financial Statement preparation Support the Accounting team during year end and interim audits, and inventory counts

Requirements

:

Post-secondary degree in Business or related field Preferably enrolled in the CPA program 5+ years of business experience, preferably in Accounting or Finance High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is an asset Previous experience in NetSuite is a strong asset Previous experience in the retail, flooring, import or distribution industry is an asset Able to analyze and communicate data into business use Strong interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment Attention to detail and staying organized at all times Effective time management and workload efficiency skills
