About Our Client:Our client is seeking a professional Senior Financial Analyst with at least 2 years working background in accounting.Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting for real estate portfolio
- Present required and relevant information to management, investors and other parties
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annually reports and overall accounting process
- Apply knowledge of balance sheet accounts and review financial statements
- Work closely with organizations to help implement efficiency strategies
- Organize and approve financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage monthly receivables and capital expenditures
- Manage bank reconciliations and review any discrepancies
- Support in year- end Audit and Tax procedures
- At least 2 years working background in accounting
- Experience using Yardi Voyager (ideal)
- Strong computer skills including advanced Excel
- Proficient knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulations
- Detail oriented, professional and organized
- Strong communication skills- both oral and written
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- CPA designation and/ or working towards completing certification
