Attention Investment Finance professionals

Our client, a specialist global consulting firm in Financial Services, is looking for a high performer to join their Operational Due Diligence group. In this high profile, complex position, the Analyst will conduct Operational Due Diligence (ODD) reviews on alternative asset managers as well as provide further ad hoc support and advice as required. In addition, the Operational Due Diligence Analyst will also focus on analysis of operational risk and internal controls, document examination, reviews of staff and structure, and inspection of IT systems, etc. to compile an informed recommendation. The Analyst will also be expected to stay current of industry events and to participate in related company initiatives, and will participate in custom projects with clients and within their organization, focused on ad hoc issues, technology, operational effectiveness and business transformation, Best Practices, compliance etc.

As a strong candidate for this complex, dynamic opportunity you bring your Financial Industry passion and relevant experience in Investments (Private Equity, Real Estate Investments, Venture Capital, hedge fund operations, etc) or another related financial services discipline where you have demonstrated similar transferable abilities. This role may also be of particular interest to CA\'s/designated accountants from Financial Services returning to Canada after working in the Caribbean. Your superior communication and interpersonal skills in addition to your keen interest in global capital markets and your natural knack for adding value while remaining accountable for varied initiatives, makes this a terrific match. Achievement of designation and related post-graduate training and certification (e.g. CAIA, CFA, CPA, etc.) is preferred.
