Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and summarize financial and operational performance against benchmarks such as prior year, prior month, budget, and forecast
Identify key trends, variances, and drivers to support strategic decision-making
Develop complex financial models and reporting tools, including KPI dashboards and business playbooks
Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure FP&A reports are accurate and fully reconciled with source systems and data
Enhance forecasting methodologies to improve precision and alignment with business goals
Translate operational insights into financial impacts to guide planning and performance reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with business counterparts to foster collaboration and trust
Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across all levels
Your Skills
Strong accounting, reporting, and analytical thinking skills
High attention to detail with proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Excellent customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
Skilled in issue identification, problem-solving, and committed to continuous process improvement
Your Experience
Post-secondary degree/certificate in Business with a focus in Finance is required
3-5 years of work experience in Finance is required
