Job Description

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role within R&D providing financial analysis, planning, consolidation, modeling, process documentation, general ledger analysis and ad-hoc reports.Key Responsibilities:- Track, report and analyze financial data
- Collaborate with the finance team regarding R&D materials providing cost analysis
- Consolidate data and prepare presentations
- Analyze expenditures within various categories
- Support the development of analysis models
- Prepare accruals and journal entries for period-end and year-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Support projects as requiredRequirements and Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data consolidation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing large, complex financial data sets
