The Finance function is led by a Chief Financial Officer and is comprised of approximately 60 individuals, who\xe2\x80\x99s career development and growth are of utmost importance to all. The Finance family is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its team.

The Senior Financial Analyst acts as an advisor to Managers, Directors & Vice Presidents for to Pharmascience\xe2\x80\x99s largest Commercial Business Unit. They will be responsible for providing financial support to our Commercial & Finance Teams as they: review monthly results, launch new commercial products, support business cases, execute on margin optimization strategies & plan future forecasts. The Senior Financial analyst will be responsible for providing variance analysis, performance indications and directional decision making.

They will perform accounting & finance activities relating to month end, financial reporting and analysis, and develop process improvement activities by building tools. This role is for a self-driven and highly motivated individual who thrives in constant challenges who leverages exceptional technical skills to optimize internal process and drive operational excellence and outstanding financial performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

• Develop, Prepare & Present financial P&L results, synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks to top executives
• Complete monthly financial analysis on revenues and expenses for each brand and therapeutic area.

Planning

• Lead the forecasting and planning of Pharmascience\xe2\x80\x99s largest Commercial Business Unit
• Plan, coordinate and prepare the financial information required for the annual budget and the strategic plan in collaboration with each department as per the timeline established by Corporate.

Finance Business support :

• Support the Commercial team in the assessment of new business opportunities;
• Lead the financial forecasting and planning of Pharmascience\xe2\x80\x99s New Product launches.
• Provide adhoc analysis and support for the Pharmascience Generics for margin optimization strategy.

Accounting

• Coordinate and perform month end analysis and post adjusting journal entries
• Consolidate financial statements for all associated Commercial Units
• Prepare and present monthly results to the Corporate Finance Teams.

Controls, Process and System

• Review and implement best practices in term of control and processes;
• Maintain good documentation for all business and accounting processes;
• Work in collaboration with other business units to leverage best practices;
• Drive continuous improvement to our current business processes and systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent management requests with confidence; Bonne aptitude \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer de multiples projets et \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9pondre avec assurance aux demandes urgentes de la direction
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Environment, Excel & PowerPoint and SAP; Excellente connaissance de l\xe2\x80\x99environnement Microsoft, Excel et PowerPoint ainsi que du syst\xc3\xa8me SAP
• Strong analytical and communication skills; Solides aptitudes d\xe2\x80\x99analyse et de communication
• High level of accuracy and sense of urgency; Haut niveau de pr\xc3\xa9cision et sens des urgences;
• Bilingual (French and English)

Minimum 3-5 years experience as an analyste for a sales and marketing division; * Advanced Finance Degree (University degree in Finance, CPA, CFA, MBA)

Education : Bachelor

Experience : 3 years: Experience as an Analyst for a sales and marketing division
