JOB OVERVIEW
The senior financial analyst provides analytic support to the development and financial teams, including advice on companies and teams on financial matters, investment decisions in commercial real estate analysis, operational analysis, and acquisition analysis. This position analyzes investment opportunities to determine the potential return on investment and provide guidance to maximize financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis
Develop and maintain real estate investment models
Analyze project feasibility and ROI
Create cash flow projections for development projects
Support investment decision-making processes
Project Support
Assist in due diligence processes
Prepare financial reports and presentations
Market research and competitive analysis
Support development project analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
Minimum 5 years experience in real estate and/or operational financial analysis
Advanced Excel proficiency, using complex modelling
Strong understanding of commercial real estate development metrics
Experience with financial modeling and valuations
Experience with financial underwriting ideal

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
