:Senior Financial Analyst - Group CompaniesWere a naan traditional companySummaryThe Senior FA will provide overall financial support in making informed strategic decisions & financial/business Analysis. This role will be responsible for the financial direction of multiple holding organizations including Real Estate, Investments, Insurance, and Personal finances.What FGF Offers:

Primary Responsibilities

• Work as liaison between the family and other business units
• Preparing periodic financial statements of various holding companies
• Responsible for all phases of Finance projects from concept through execution
• Proactively identifies and manage gaps in the scheduled tasks and develop strategies to correct
• Evaluate and provide detailed analysis of various Investments
• Work Closely with Deloitte and Corporate Legal Counsel for Company structuring
• Manage the Cashflow & monitor the funding of various investments
• Review agreements to ensure compliance and manage risk exposure
• Optimize, Manage, comply various taxes, including Corporate Tax, HST, Payroll Taxes etc.
• Manage Insurance Policies for risk protection
• Review Financial Reports on a periodic basis
• Manage direct reports including delegation, recruitment, training, goal setting and performance reviews
• Manage Personal Finances & Tax Returns of the Family

Required Experience / Required Ingredients:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of accounting and finance experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication, presentation and multi-tasking skills required
• CPA, CFA designations or working towards it is an asset
