Job Description
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Cambridge, is looking to hire a FP&A Analyst to their Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for reviewing the monthly and annual financial reports. You will be responsible for providing the business with KPIs, data analytics and financial insights to help drive the strategy of the business. You will handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Work with the senior executives to develop and track KPIs
- Reports variances with explanation
- Commission analysis and accruals
- Cost center reports
- R&D Spend analysis, margin analysis
- Inventory, costing and management reporting
- Assist with pricing strategies
- Tackle other projects as required, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.
- CPA Designation is an asset.
- 3 plus years experience in FP&A
- Hands-on experience with ERP system
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are second nature to you.
- Advanced Excel Skills.
