Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture while leveraging support and resources from our corporate centers of excellence.About the PositionBased in Western Canada, and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Western Canadian CFO team, with personnel in Burnaby, Chilliwack and Manitoba. The successful applicant will maintain and distribute existing reporting and analysis as related to financial and operational metrics. We are open to candidates in Winnipeg, Manitoba or Chilliwack, BC.The primary responsibilities include:Participate in the month-end close processResearch, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metricsContract review, reporting & forecasting for major line of revenueImprove upon existing reports and implement new reporting as requested by managementParticipate in annual budget processProvide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisionsLiaise between finance and operations concerning transaction processing in Business Management Systems.Involvement in merger & acquisition integration and accountingVarious other assignments, as required.Position RequirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldCompletion or near completion of CPA designation.6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceAdvanced MS Excel skills with practical use in finance related positionAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesAbility to effectively communicate with varying levels of the organization \xe2\x80\x93 including Executives, Operations, Sales & Internal Auditors.The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 CAD and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position\xe2\x80\x99s business line, scope and level.HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.Join Our Team:Do you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
