CDC offers MRI, CT, Ultrasound 2D/3D and 4D real-time, Mammography, Pain Management, Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, X-Ray and Kids Imaging services across 16 community clinics in Calgary, Edmonton, Okotoks and Sherwood Park.

Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time)

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the company\'s overall financial health and growth
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and senior management.
  • Co-ordinate the annual insurance program renewal.
  • Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment evaluations and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into financial performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Update monthly cash flow and covenant reporting and forecasts.
  • Prepare financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with due diligence and accounting for acquisitions as needed.
  • May be required to assist with some pieces of the monthly accounting.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Recognized accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g. Sage 300).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
