Manpower is currently seeking an Senior Financial Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a major oil and gas client located in Calgary, AB.

What will you be doing?

• Update monthly capital spend report (WBS based) and reconcile to the A1A asset report; troubleshoot variances

• Update monthly PMR Actual/Forecast/Budget working file and PMR templates. Conduct reasonability analysis (comparing actuals to Spotfire working forecasts)

• Coordinate monthly capital variance commentary/reporting with our team for our internal capital spend report (for our Sr. Manager and Director)

• Support Spotfire accrual load and extract process for monthly capital accruals. Troubleshoot with Spotfire system admin as needed

• AFE supplement and AFE count status reporting and analysis

• Indicators of impairment and impairment test for Upstream onshore

What will you bring?

• CPA Designation

• Minimum 10 years relevant accounting experience

• Knowledge of IFRS and SOX controls

• Outstanding skills in effectively handling multiple tasks, often under pressure

• Excellent business writing and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate across

• Curiosity about leadership and motivated to further develop leadership proficiencies
