As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in guiding financial strategy across a well-established group with deep roots in electronics, real estate, and clean energy. This is a full-time, in-person role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll work side-by-side with leadership to turn data into strategy, build tools from scratch, and help shape the financial engine of a scaling clean energy business.

What You'll Do

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all divisions Build financial models for pricing, leasing, development proformas, and capital planning Analyze vendor costs, operating expenses, and gross margins to improve profitability Deliver timely, decision-ready financial insights to leadership teams Design and implement FP&A systems, dashboards, and reporting tools Track and report on KPIs across electronics, real estate, and development projects Manage public grant and funding applications (e.g., IRAP, SDTC), ensuring compliance and tracking Evaluate new investments, developments, or product launches through scenario modeling Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement financial process improvements
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience

in FP&A or a strategic finance role

CPA designation (or in progress)

CA from India is a bonus

Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, QuickBooks) Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly Self-starter with strong business acumen and the ability to operate across multiple industries
