  • Validation of CE approval and project creation for assigned Division and Region
  • Support IT and Loss Prevention depts. With project creation for store rollout projects.
  • Interact with PMs and Directors on project budgets
  • Project maintenance related to budget changes; store flips; store closures and Tango system errors for Atlantic and Ontario regions.
  • Period review of AUC (Assets Under Construction) of projects that need to move to Final Assets.
  • Preparation of Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support Depreciation annual planning; provide regular depreciation LEs and analysis
Skills Required:
  • University degree or post-secondary education ? business, commerce, accounting, or finance related.
  • An accounting designation (CGA, CMA) or, alternatively, enrollment in an accounting program.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills
  • Strong personal responsibility, honesty, and integrity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Expertise in MS Excel is essential for this role. Knowledgeable of using SUMIF, VLOOKUP and pivot table functions is a minimal requirement.
  • Results oriented - ability to prioritize and consistently delivers on time with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
