Creating impactful visualizations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights to senior management
Offer expertise in best practices for data collection, transformation, and visualization
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Develop robust data validation and error-checking protocols
Coach and mentor supervisors, leaders, and managers to enhance analytical skills.
Education Required: University Degree in Accounting or related field
Years of Experience Required:
+ 8 to 10 years business related experience (Data or Analytics) Understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes
CPA designation (asset)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to harmonize technical and business knowledge to produce impactful analyses
Strong troubleshooting skills, technological proficiency, ability to solve complex problems
Proficient use of reporting tools like Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Microsoft Products, Cognos
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively with high degree of accuracy
