Position Overview:

Our ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Analyst Store Support position will report to the Senior Manager, Finance - Store Support. In this role, you will be supporting retail stores on all finance related inquiries that they may log through the ServiceNow platform You will work closely with various areas of the business to analyze and explain system and business process issues as well as resolving related inquiries as they arise. You will be providing support and documentation from development phase of project through to testing and implementation. You will join a dedicated and motivated team with exposure to financial systems and multiple business units within the Loblaw enterprise including pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide an excellent level of customer service to our stores with respect to the Enterprise AR Transformation initiative in a timely fashion through the ServiceNow Portal Analyze queries sent to the Customer Service and provide resolution for the issue through financial knowledge, process support, collaboration with Central Office or Regional staff, Customer Master Data, ServiceNow or IT. Leverage technology and tools to monitor and assess the type of inquiries and identify drivers affecting store performance and processes. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stores, business, and IT as required other stakeholders in communicating and addressing system issues and roadblocks Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key strategic initiatives as needed. Be able to design dashboards in the ServiceNow platform to monitor number of inquiries and manage SLAs Educate and train store on proper AR processes that have been set out (Corp purchase of AR, local AR, Deliveries etc.)

Qualifications and Competencies:



A Post-Secondary education in Finance or related field is required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly corporate and/or retail, is considered an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring together and manage interactions with employees from our stores and across the organization. Advanced computer/technical skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ePOS, MicroStrategy, SAP, and Power BI, ServiceNow is an asset. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage demanding situations with tact. Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize numerous tasks with conflicting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Results-oriented, with the ability to consistently deliver on time and produce accurate results. Able to work in a non-structured environment. Store experience is an asset.
