Senior Field Supervisor

We are Titan Traffic Control. We're an Atlantic Canadian Company experiencing high-growth and are looking for outstanding people who are passionate about our business. The Senior Field Supervisor is an important role for the company as we expand our service offerings across the Maritimes. Focused on the New Brunswick market, you will play a key role in developing the skill sets of our team for work on our highways.

As an industry professional, you'll bring the following:

Minimum of 5 years of Highway Traffic Control Experience,

Valid Agent and TCP Certifications,

Thorough understanding of WATCM,

Ability to read and execute and modify traffic plans as necessary,

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience,

Ability to travel frequently, for extended periods,

Valid drivers license, preferably class 3,

Excellent communication skills,

Thorough understanding of traffic control equipment, technology and application,

Superior Customer Communication skills,

Ability to train and develop staff,

Focus on Health & Safety and Incident Investigation,

Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions,

Ability to work on your feet for long durations and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
