WHAT\xe2\x80\x99S ON OFFER

Reporting to the Sr Director,Corporate and Product Marketing, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager. As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth within the B2B segment. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs, encompassing demand generation/acquisition campaigns and initiatives for customer retention
  • Create and implement diverse multi-channel strategies across live events, trade shows, digital campaigns, and webinars
  • Develop creative approaches to engage new stakeholders, particularly within target accounts
  • Generate compelling and on-brand campaign copy for various platforms to increase engagement and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to support effective go-to-market initiatives
  • Work closely with sales teams to formulate targeted marketing plans tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and key strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to develop and execute customer advocacy programs that highlight success stories and drive brand loyalty
  • Manage relationships with relevant agencies, contractors, and third-party advertising partners involved in the execution of marketing programs
  • Track and measure all marketing programs, optimizing resources against objectives and taking an active role in planning marketing budgets for maximum ROI
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation and field marketing within B2B enterprise software (SaaS) or cloud-based solutions is required
  • Previous experience marketing to or in life sciences is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading demand generation and customer campaigns is a must
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and departments, including sales, product marketing, customer success, and more
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies; Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
  • Account-based (ABM) or strategic account marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts is a plus
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude is highly valued in our collaborative work environment
  • Bachelor\'s degree is required

LOCATION

We are a fully remote company headquartered in Toronto with frequent virtual and in-person collaborative work sessions and socials. We leverage many synchronous and asynchronous communication tools and provide an allowance to enhance your WFH setup. We also have an office hub, located in downtown Toronto. Team members drop in whenever they like!
