Our client is seeking a Senior ETL - Software Developer
Key Deliverables for Senior ETL - Software Developer:
Product Requirements: Gather and analyze business requirements to design ETL workflows and data ingestion strategies. Translate functional needs into technical specifications using structured methodologies.
Product Delivery: Develop and maintain ETL processes using Azure services, Databricks ML workflows, and AI tools such as Document Intelligence and OpenAI embedding models. Integrate REST APIs for data ingestion and distribution. Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps. Ensure quality through automated testing and documentation in Wiki.
Prioritization: Provide accurate estimates for development tasks, manage concurrent development practices, and ensure timely delivery of features. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies for data quality and performance issues.
Collaboration: Work within Agile Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and demos. Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure alignment. Support business analysis activities and contribute to solution design discussions.
Must have:
Hands-on with Azure and Databricks AI tools such as Document Intelligence. Open AI's embedding models, Databricks Vector Search index, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks ML workflows.
Proficient with Azure DevOps for Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and documentations via Wiki.
Design, consume, and integrate REST APIs for data ingestion and distribution.
