We are growing and looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating and repair planning in our Collision Centre.
This role functions at a leadership level and is ideal for someone with strong estimating skills who can manage workflow, communicate with customers and insurers, and support overall shop performance.
What You'll Do
Write accurate collision estimates using
Mitchell
.
Manage repair planning/blueprinting, teardown, supplements, and documentation.
Maintain files and workflow in
Body Shop Connect
and
PBS
.
Communicate with customers, insurers, technicians, and parts throughout the repair.
Coordinate daily production, scheduling, and job assignments.
Support DRP requirements and maintain strong insurance relationships.
Assist with quality control and final delivery inspections.
Help achieve cycle time, touch time, and gross profit targets.
What We're Looking For
5+ years estimating experience in a collision center or body shop.
Strong working knowledge of
Mitchell
,
Body Shop Connect
, and
PBS
.
Understanding of OEM repair procedures and insurance guidelines.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to lead workflow and support technicians.
Valid driver's license.
