Job description:

We are looking for 2 to 5 Senior Epicor Kinetic ERP Business and Functional Analyst. This is a one-year mandate with possibilities for renewal. The work is hybrid. Work begins on Jan 15th 2024. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in one of the following modules: finance, logistics, or production. Exciting technologies and intriguing challenges await you.

Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

Implementation and Configuration:

• Customize and configure the Epicor Kinetic ERP based on the defined requirements, specifically in the finance, logistics, or production modules.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that customizations are implemented accurately.

Testing and Validation:

• Conduct unit and integration testing of the ERP configurations and customizations.

• Work with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback.

Training and Support:

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

• Recommend improvements and optimizations to the current ERP setup based on business needs and latest best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Epicor Kinetic ERP, with deep expertise in either finance, logistics, or production modules.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in one of the Epicor Kinetic advanced modules (e.g., Advanced Material Management, APS, PLM) is a significant plus.

• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
