You Are:

UST is looking for an SAP Delivery Lead (Senior Advisor (Funct) The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SAP implementation projects in the pharma industry (clinical trials preferred) and will be a key member of our SAP service line. Prior to managing projects, the ideal candidate should have a functional SAP background with the ability to translate business requirements into system requirements.

The Opportunity:

• Plan, implement, and support world-class application solutions for UST\'s clients
• Responsible for building and managing a Delivery team for supporting SAP projects and global managed services
• Supporting Sales activity across SAP opportunities
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions to win and successfully delivery
• Delivery excellence across SAP projects and services
• Advisory and program management for key customer engagements
• Oversee organizational activities, i.e., customer invoicing, employee onboarding, etc.
• Follow and Execute UST\'s global SAP Strategy
• Implement Best Practice labor pyramid
• Manage aspects of pre-sales and delivery
• Manage full-time and part-time teams as well as partners/sub-contractors
• Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.
• Understand agile and waterfall SAP implementation methodologies
• Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
• Up to 50% of travel
• Eastern Time Zone preferred

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required

What you need:

• At least 15 years of SAP functional experience in SAP implementation projects
• At least 8 years of end-to-end SAP sales and pre-sales management
• At least 8 years of SAP project and/or program management
• SAP pharma industry experience
• Experience with clinical trials
• Strong SAP solution architecture and pre-sales background
• Proven track record in business development
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client facing & presentation skills
• University degree with at least 15 years of Industry experience (master\'s degree preferred)
• Achievement-orientated, creative thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiastic
• Open-minded, strong in communication
• P&L and line management responsibility
• Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly.
• Proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with working in a matrix organization
• Experience with the working of globally distributed teams
