Our Government Client is seeking a Senior - Enterprise Information Management Program Lead to spearhead the design and execution of its EIM strategy.

Must Haves:
10+ years of experience in enterprise information management, data governance, or records lifecycle management
10+ years leading large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives ($1M+ budgets, multi-stakeholder)
10+ years developing and implementing information governance frameworks, policies, and metadata standards
10+ years deploying ECM and EDRMS platforms (e.g., OpenText, Microsoft 365/SharePoint) in large organizations
Role Overview:
As the EIM Program Lead, you will drive the modernization of information governance and lifecycle management across the enterprise. You will establish scalable metadata standards, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver enterprise-class ECM/EDRMS solutions. Collaborating with executive leadership and stakeholders, you will oversee the implementation of a cohesive, future-ready information management program that enhances operational efficiency and data integrity. Your leadership will ensure a robust foundation for information governance and sustainable enterprise information management maturity
