The Senior Engineer, Management Systems provides advanced engineering services related to the implementation and maintenance of the corporate management system (UMS). This role ensures that required management system documentation is available, current, and correctly implemented.Position DetailsNon-union - This position is permanent full time.Key AccountabilitiesProvide advanced engineering services to design and develop management systems that are cohesive and integrated to foster continuous improvement.Maintain and update the UMS Document Library with effective, streamlined and compliant document management processes that ensure easy access and availability for users.Ensure optimal business support by administering and improving assigned applications, assessing their functionality, usability, and implementation, and staying updated on new technologies.Provide technical support to internal groups relative to management systems and related documentation integration, addressing issues, solving complex and new problems, and offering training to ensure effective implementation of the management system.Design, prepare, review, approve, integrate and support technology, processes, reports, standards, and specifications utilized in relation to management systems and common integrated processes.Analyze and monitor management system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend/implement solutions that optimize the management system, ensuring enhancements satisfy immediate and future requirements.Communicate, collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders and regulatory groups.Manage assigned projects and initiatives to ensure quality, schedule and budget requirements are met.Represent the company on industry technical committees.Remain current with existing and emerging regulatory requirements related to management systems to ensure proactive compliance.Other related duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering.Professional Engineer Designation and registered to practice in Saskatchewan.Eight (8) years of progressive engineering experience, including knowledge of regulatory, industry best practices and standards related to management systems, preferably in the natural gas industry.Experience in different business areas, including design, construction, operation, maintenance, and business support functions, would be considered an asset.Strong systems thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex systems, identify interdependencies, recognize patterns, and develop strategic solutions that optimize overall management system performance and align with organizational goals.Ability to work on a team while building and maintaining effective relationships.Must have a continuing record of professional development and continuous learning.A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.Additional InformationA valid Class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required.Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.The job is safety sensitive, and as such, is subject to the provisions of the Drug and Alcohol Policy (Pre-Employment or Pre-Placement for Safety Sensitive Positions).Application InstructionsPlease apply online with your cover letter and resume outlining your qualifications.For more information on this position, please contact Human Resources at 306-777-9091.Closing DateSeptember 4, 2024Salary Range$90,898 - $130,351#LI-POST
