Come and join our global team as the Cancer Innovation Value Partnership (CIVP) Senior Engagement Executive in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, within the Enterprise Services (ES) Business in Canada to drive profitable, high-quality program delivery, operational effectiveness, customer success, and risk mitigation.



As the

Senior

Engagement Executive in the

Enterprise Services Business,

you will enable the successful execution of the comprehensive Alberta CIVP agreement and all the solution projects therein. In your role as Senior Engagement Executive, you will own the customer relationship with regards to program execution and you will ensure the program delivers in terms of customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness high quality and profitability. In your role you will explore opportunities to assist clients using Siemens Healthineers Business portfolio and services, to improve quality of care, reduce costs, and execute on deliverables and revenue targets. You will have the unique opportunity to work with internal and external partners to craft the project to help drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness of clinical and operational processes within our Cancer Innovation Value Partnership. Uniquely, this is a Public, Private and Philanthropic Partnership which will also require the Senior Engagement Executive to collaborate with a customer that includes the Alberta Cancer Foundation as a partner.


Your new role - challenging and future-oriented



Serve as the lead advisor to executive leadership (customer and Siemens Healthineers) and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners, on all performance innovation matters within the CIVP. You will lead and manage a program of multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, fulfilment of quality requirements and alignment with business objectives. You use your subject matter expertise to develop and manage a program management framework that successfully enables the delivery of the program allocated to you. This framework includes governance; quality; planning; monitoring and reporting; stakeholder and communication; benefit management and resource management. Leveraging your expertise in business processes, complex program and project management, and operational delivery, you will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. You ensure effective coordination of all the projects within your program and their interdependencies, maintaining the overall integrity and coherence of the program, and maintaining the program environment to support each individual project within it You use your strong leadership and management skills to coordinate activities for cross-functional teams and ensure an effective collaboration and communication among the members of the project teams and stakeholders. You will support leadership with data-driven decision-making using analytics from project, portfolio, and program architecture tools You will establish an implementation excellence culture to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You are responsible for developing new business improvement opportunities assigned to you, as well as corresponding methodologies and processes to improve services delivery performance.You will support the ES leadership team in organizing, preparing and support conducting internal and customer facing meetings and project governance committees You will monitor, assess, and report on achievement of contractual deliverables, the roadmap, project progress, opportunities, risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes. You use your subject matter expertise in program management and execution to manage your program team effectively and to enhance, support and drive continuous improvement and process optimization as you execute the program.

You have a proven track record of your ability to lead, plan and organize, in order to achieve short and long-term objectives. You demonstrate a significant level of experience with requirement management and roadmap planning. You possess exceptional presentation, customer-facing and the ability to communicate with diverse audiences You have an excellent command of the English language; French language is considered to be a bonus You have the ability to lead and work well in a team providing expertise, support and mentorship when needed. You have the ability to see the bigger picture, connect the dots, anticipate challenges/needs, as well as maintain a focus on necessary levels of detail in the moment. You have solid skills in creating dashboards to support the engagement of stakeholders and the project teams.

Your qualifications and experience:



Relevant undergraduate degree, relevant masters degree preferred Experience working in management consultancy firm would be considered to be an asset Minimum 7 years experience leading complex projects, preferably in the healthcare space as it relates to Oncology and P3 partnerships You possess successfully completed project and program management qualifications and hold the relevant experience of delivering projects and programs for over 10 years. You can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs and projects from initiation to completion in excess of $100 million, multi-year projects You have significant experience in (healthcare) customer-facing & complex project and program management delivery, either in a business, program, project or operational-related role and possess strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. You have experience leveraging digital tools and data analytics to drive delivery excellence. You have very strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. You have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the customer and other members of the program management team (at all levels). You are current on trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare, administration and clinical oncology, cancer screening and treatment delivery, and population health management. You have held leadership positions, such as a senior director and/or change management leader, project/program management and/or senior consulting experience in a performance improvement environment You have experience in finance operations as it relates to tracking of revenue deliverables (asset) You are results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive client impact while balancing business needs. You can manage and take accountability of multiple programs, projects, and priorities. Completion of or in progress Masters Executive Health Leadership Candidates must reside in Edmonton, Alberta, or able to relocate.
