As the Senior Lifecycle Specialist, you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring your experience to the fore as you take the lead on our complex employee and HR system processes. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll support the team as a subject matter expert and collaborate with our Centre of Expertise teams to operationalize their strategic initiatives on specific core processes. This is in addition to providing Tier 2 support to the broader Lifecycle team on complex employee enquiries.

How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Add Value:

You are the process lead for execution of core Ex processes across Compensation (e.g Pay table updates, Pay changes), Organization design (e.g Mass organization changes, mass data changes) and other Centre of Expertise areas.

You provide support to the Global Data Quality teams on reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives

You support the Lifecycle Team Lead on the evaluation and benchmarking of Ex practices / processes and provide continuous improvement recommendations to the relevant teams

As a core process subject matter expert, you own the Knowledge development and Knowledge Management for your designated area. You are also the lead trainer for the rest of the team on these core processes.

You support the Lifecycle team lead in performing scheduled / ad hoc quality assurance audits to maintain our case hygiene standards and data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness

You work with the broader team to ensure compliance with our corporate data administration, security standards, and HR policies and procedures

You work alongside the broader team to manage the day-to-day transactions of job-related or employee-related data changes. Employee related changes include all changes from Hire to Retirement within the HR information system

You are a subject matter expert in employee issues and employment statutory compliance in the countries we operate in

You will also be actioning other duties as assigned

About You:

At least 3+ years of experience in a HR and/or HR Shared Service environment

Experience working with Successfactors or similar SAAS platforms including case management software

Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner

Clear communication and good listening skills

Attentive to details and deadlines; strong ability to manage multiple initiatives

Bi-Lingual French or Bi-Lingual Spanish will be an asset
