We started with televisions, and we are now expanding into new product categories. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Editor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 2-6 Staff Writers
• Supervising the content creation process including reviewing the work of the writing team
• Set and enforce standards for the performance of Staff Writers, provide regular feedback, and train and coach to develop their careers
• Scheduling and organizing the writers\xe2\x80\x99 work
• Point of communication to and from the team

• Participate in the hiring and training of new Staff Writers
• Other duties as assigned

• You love doing research and comparing products

• Strong interest and understanding of technology
• You are proactive and detailed-oriented
• You enjoy talking to people and understanding their perspective

Qualification/Experience

• 5+ years of work experience as a staff writer or similar position (see related experience below)
• 2+ years of experience in an editor role (supervising and reviewing the work of writers)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with technical or professional writing

• Ability to work independently
