This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.



Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.



Expert knowledge working with Dynamic CRM SDK, Dynamic CRM Web API, Organization Services, OData Standard, Fetch XML and XRM Toolbox.



Experience building custom portals using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular-JS, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and integrate with Dynamic CRM Online.



Building complex SSRS Reports on Dynamic CRM online for on-demand and schedule reporting.



Expert in customization of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, creating custom pages, utilizing Dynamic forms and views to display on the customer service portal.


Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes:

Developing detailed programming specifications

Writing and/or generating code

Compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit/integration/load (performance) tests

Resolves and troubleshoots technical issues which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and deployment

Experience with one or more communications protocols

Hands on experience building integrations to IAA systems such as Azure AD B2C Authentication, Okta Authentication/OpenID/OAuth2.0, JWT

Architecture and Design 20%




Experience and understanding of modern, cloud-based architecture

Actively participating in architecture solution design and recommendations focused on the Web Service/Web API/microservices/back-end layer

Proven experience architecting complex applications, optimizing performance, and managing state effectively using MS .NET Core/C#

Experience in designing and implementing reusable and scalable components

Hands on experience with software architecture principles and patterns such as serverless architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs
