Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred; hotel or resort experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele effectively. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for guest interactions. A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Knowledge of restaurant operations or experience in the food service industry is beneficial.
