What is the Opportunity?




Seeking a visionary expert in Generative and Agentic AI for Process Modernization and enterprise-wide document management and processing capabilities to drive transformative efficiency across business operations. Leading the modernization and optimization of our enterprise platforms, this leader will be responsible for defining and executing a platform strategy that leverages AI, automation and intelligent orchestration to deliver measurable operational efficiencies, improve resiliency, and enhance customer and employee experiences. This role will Shape the future of how operations teams work - integrating AI, generative AI, Agentic AI into digital document handling and intelligent automation to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences and enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate combines a deep technology platform expertise with a strong understanding of banking operations and emerging AI capabilities.

What Will You Do?



Define and lead the bank's platform strategy, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and alignment with business goals. Drive operational Efficiency through automation and intelligent workflows Oversee end-to-end digital workflows - from document capture to process automation including decision-making-to improve speed, accuracy and compliance Leverage AI and generative AI to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and automate repetitive tasks across key banking functions. Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high - value automation and AI use cases that delivery tangible cost, speed, and quality improvements Oversee the adoption and governance of enterprise platforms to support workflow automation and digital operations. Champion Data-driven decision-making by integrating AI models and analytics into operational processes Ensure platform architecture supports security, regulatory compliance, and risk management in line with banking standards Establish a center of excellence (CoE) for automation governance, best practices, and reusability across platforms Develop and monitor KPIs and value realization metrics that quantify operational efficiency, cost savings and employee productivity Stay current on emerging AI and process orchestration technologies, vendor solutions, and automation frameworks to ensure continuous innovation

What Do You Need to Succeed?



Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, and Process Engineering Strong understanding of process design, modeling, and optimization methodologies modernizing workflows and integrating systems Strong background in platform ownership, engineering delivery and vendor management Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and stakeholder discussions 10+ years of progressive experience in process automation, digital transformation and/or 5 yrs of AI-driven operations - AI/ML, NLP or generative AI, and AI ecosystems Deep understanding of banking operations, risk and regulatory frameworks Understanding of integration, APIs, and event-driven architectures supporting digital workflows Proficiency in workflow technologies and digital document and content management platforms
