The Team
To lead and deliver on this new ambition, the Global Integrated Campaigns team has been formed. We create our customer strategies and deliver creative campaigns across all audiences, markets, and products. We are at the center of our marketing transformation - integrating all our capabilities to conceive and deliver world-class communications.

The Role
Lead one of our Global Integrated Marketing Campaigns team who is focused on our Financial Professionals audience (covering products such as Sage Intacct, SageX3, and BMS across global markets including US, Canada, UK, and France). You\'ll lead a team of 7 and drive strategy, creative positioning, and execution. You\'ll deliver outstanding campaigns and experiences to our customers and partners across all channels - paid and earned. You will set a high bar for Sage\'s creative ambition, questioning the status quo, delivering world-class work, and collaborating with our internal marketing teams and agencies. Your approach will be rooted in a deep understanding of the Sage brand and our target customers (SMBs). You will balance global and local needs across our markets to deliver our objectives. This is a pivotal role in driving the marketing agenda for Sage, which influences all parts of the organization and our partners.

Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the development and delivery of our global campaign strategy, with a specific focus on one of our core audience groups - Financial Professionals.

  • Architect the strategy and lead the development of our campaigns for all markets, across all consumer touchpoints (brand, demand, in-life & channel) to inspire customers and differentiate Sage.
  • Drive integration across our numerous internal capabilities and agency partners, to produce world-class strategy and execution.
  • Provide inspiring leadership and build an innovative and world-class campaigns team, to enable our marketing transformation and achieve our creative and effectiveness ambitions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with integrated marketing campaigns and brand development from SaaS/Software companies or advertising agencies with relevant client experience.
  • You can provide successful examples of how you\'ve either led an organization or function through a transformation, challenged a category, driven new capabilities, or put an unknown brand on the map.
  • All your approaches are rooted in customer-centricity, a thorough understanding of customer insights comes naturally to you.
  • You have a history of creative delivery combining natural intuition with insight to build a campaign strategy. Evidenced through internationally recognized awards shows for effectiveness & creative cut-through.
  • You have been effective at a global, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in remote people leadership, adept at instilling trust, belief, and confidence to foster high performance within geographically dispersed teams.
  • The ability to travel approximately 30% (amounts to no more than 1x every 3-4 months)
