We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior Director of Sales to join our leadership team. In this role, the Senior Director of Sales will lead a high performance sales team, partner with internal stakeholders and drive growth and success for our customers.

What you\'ll do...

Responsibilities:

• Set a vision and sales strategy and lead the execution for growth at a regional and national level in the Canadian market
• Lead and develop a high performing sales team focused on growing our partnerships across key accounts
• Build and govern strategic partnership plans with both clients and agencies
• Develop and drive a comprehensive engagement strategy for media executives across all major customers
• Build sales solutions to drive incremental opportunities for growth across managed service and self service product offerings
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on Walmart Connects annual plans and targets for key strategic advertisers
• Work closely with Walmart Connect teams globally to identify innovative opportunities for partnerships offered by Walmart\xe2\x80\x99s growing suite of advertising products
• Thought leadership in market including representing Walmart Connect at Industry events and speaking engagements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and minimum 20 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant digital sales, marketing, retail media experience
• 10+ years leading and developing a high performance sales team
• Proven experience setting a vision and sales strategy and executing against plan
• Strong partner relationships across the advertising ecosystem
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience working with cross functional partners and key internal stakeholders
• Positive, inclusive, people first and results oriented
