Our team creates world class network processor solutions. We are focused on creating the next generation of network processors. In this role, you will be working as a Digital Verification and Performance Modeling Engineer in a team environment defining our next generation network processor.

As a member of our Verification and Modeling team you will work on both verifying the functionality of our latest network processors, as well as modeling and contributing to the performance expectations of the architecture. Within these roles you will be expected to:

  • Build and execute a verification plan based on a UVM environment, while also participating in verification strategy and verification environment decisions.
  • Contribute to our verification team to support methodology and execution enhancements.
  • Build performance models to ensure the performance of our latest architectures. This is done in support and with the collaboration of our architecture team.
The successful applicant will be working in a productive team environment, alongside architects, designers and verification engineers to deliver the next generation of network processors.

Qualifications
  • BASc or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
  • Relevant industrial experience in verification and or performance modeling
  • Experience in verification languages and methodologies: SystemVerilog, VMM/UVM, Coverage-Driven Constrained Random functional verification, assertions, formal verification
  • Experience with C++ and System C
  • Experience in understanding & analyzing digital design
  • Scripting skill with preferable languages: Python, Perl, Tcl, Csh/Bash
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with processor based ASICs is a plus
