We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team and manage the development and growth of our conversational products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a working understanding of AI and its enterprise applications. This individual must be a team player with excellent presentation skills and possess the ability to deliver while navigating a large organization with multiple stakeholders who have varying degrees of understanding of digital and agile processes.

Is this role right for you?

  • Run discovery of new ideas, solutions, and hypotheses to improve our conversational products.
  • Manage the delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Define and prioritize product features, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Report and communicate updates and statuses across the organization, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Present product updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to scope new product features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team and while continuously iterating and improving based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the FinTech space or with conversational products.
  • Familiarity with digital and agile processes and methodologies (certification optional).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
  • Strong presentation, communication & problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
