Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to support critical infrastructure and application modernization initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in DevOps automation, Azure Cloud, middleware platforms, and enterprise systems management.
Job Title: Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer
Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Must Haves:
10+ years of experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (v7+), UNIX Solaris v10, and Mainframe IMS Connect
Extensive hands-on experience with WebLogic v12, WebSphere v9, and Informatica v10
Proven expertise in DevOps tools within Azure Cloud (Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, OpenShift)
Solid working knowledge of Git, including git-flow, pull requests, and GitOps best practices
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise middleware and integration platforms
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer
Lead performance tuning, capacity management, and disaster recovery planning
Implement secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines and support container orchestration in cloud environments
Collaborate on firewall, load balancer, and clustering configurations in Azure
Support application monitoring, Java/J2EE deployments, and data migrations
