About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports our application platform. This role focuses on enabling development teams through strong CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, and automation. You will take ownership of our deployment and operational practices while collaborating closely with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to ensure fast, safe, and predictable delivery of software.



This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on system reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities



Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments as applicable. Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated builds, testing, and deployments. Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to improve developer workflows, deployment safety, and system observability. Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using modern tooling and best practices. Ensure system reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response. Participate in architectural discussions, contributing operational and reliability perspectives to technical decisions. Manage and improve cloud resources, cost efficiency, capacity planning, and performance tuning. Implement and enforce security best practices, including secrets management, access controls, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production incidents and drive long-term fixes. Mentor engineers on DevOps practices, reliability engineering, and operational excellence. Take ownership of the full operational lifecycle, from environment provisioning and deployment through monitoring, maintenance, and continuous optimization.


Required Qualifications



5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of infrastructure as code, configuration management, and automation. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and security fundamentals. Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for production systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments and close collaboration with software engineering teams. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain effective during production incidents.
