Job Description

As a Senior Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions. With a focus on SQL, OCP and Unix Shell scripting knowledge, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions.

In this role, you will

Self-starter and owning the project completely from use case to deployment. Partner with Business and Business analyst to develop a framework solution using various AML regulatory requirements. Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components. Utilize SQL to manage and optimize database performance and reliability. Implement and manage Red hat OpenShift environments to support application deployment and scaling.

Required skills: what you need to be considered

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Unix Shell scripting, SQL development (Store procedure, Store function, Triggers) - Working Knowledge
Experience with handling distributed data sets (HDFS)- Working Knowledge Experience with Scheduler (Any one Autosys or JCL or Stonebranch or ZEKE or Tidal) -Working Knowledge Experience in Red hat OpenShift - Working knowledge or Acquired knowledge Experience in handling APIs - RESTful services - Working knowledge or Acquired knowledge

Preferred skills:

Background in Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Investigation Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, Unit testing, Smoke testing, and deployment. Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Cloud Based Data Storage solutions (Snowflake)
