Meet Gorgias, the customer service platform designed for ecommerce merchants, and built to provide amazing experience to shoppers at scale on Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento. Our product empowers merchants to manage all their customer service in one place over email, live chat, voice, Facebook, Instagram, and SMS.

Everything we do is for our customers, and we\'re currently serving over 12,000+ ecommerce merchants, including : Steve Madden, Timbuk2, Decathlon, and Sports Illustrated. They love us for our innovative product, our focus on their ecommerce needs, and, of course, our lightning-fast customer service response time.

We raised $25 million in our Series B round in December 2020 and $30 million in our Series C round in 2022. We more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters.

About the Creative Team

\xf0\x9f\x8e\xa8 As a Senior Designer, You\'ll be the no#1 hire for the creative team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. As a part of the Integrated Marketing team, we serve as a creative studio for the entire organization and lead the direction of our brand, visual identity, and marketing design standards across our marketing and sales channels including our website, one-pagers, animations, sales decks, social channels and trade show booths.

What You\'ll Do

Work cross-functionally to uncover and define creative outcomes through design. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and continuous improvement in our design standards and methods of delivery.

UI/UX Excellence: Work with our in-house webflow developer to create intuitive and conversion rich user interfaces

Digital Design Leadership: Direct the design process for our website and digital channels, prioritizing usability and accessibility from concept to launch.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into compelling design solutions.

Prototyping and Iteration: Build interactive prototypes to test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and insights.

Design System First: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all design projects.

Use problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams, enabling effective decision-making and the creation of impactful design solutions

Who You Are:

Demonstrated ability in building and evolving design systems.

Dependable, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Skills:

Talents in illustration, storyboarding and motion design would be welcomed additions to this role.
