Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is looking for a

Senior Demand Planner

to join our team in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for forecasting, analytics, and supply chain excellence? Join Hillberg & Berk as our Senior Demand Planner and play a key role in shaping the future of our product launches and inventory strategy.Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Demand Planner leads the forecasting of new products to deliver on our design vision and meet sales targets. This role is central to analyzing product performance, managing supplier relationships, and presenting product buys to senior leadership.

What can you expect in the role?

Forecast inventory for new product launches and present quarterly buy proposals. Manage all purchase orders and supplier communications. Provide detailed product costing analysis and manage cost variances. Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches, logistics, and inventory allocations. Maintain product metadata and improve forecasting accuracy through technology and automation. Partner with Inventory Planning Manager on trend analysis and core forecasting. Recommend exit strategies for aged inventory. Participate in quarterly design meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What do you need to apply?

Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and/or inventory management. Minimum 5 years of experience in forecasting and allocations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Experience presenting to senior leadership. Project management experience is an asset.

Salary Pay Range Starting At

: $73,000
