Job Description

Job Objective: Be responsible for 5G macro radio DC-DC Power Supply hardware design and corresponding verifications. You are responsible for power supply system architecture definition, key component evaluation and selection, schematic and layout design, you are also responsible for DC/DC function tuning, performance optimization, design document writing, besides EMC design and problem solving is within your scope. Responsibilities: - Design 5G Macro Radio board power solutions according to system requirement - Power solution implementation in schematic and board layout design - Verify board DC-DC power solution, tuning and optimize perf. to achieve goal - Finish design document written and storage - Support trouble shooting during high level system integration and test - Support system level EMC test and trouble shooting - Support EMS for new product introduction and improve yield to target - New DC-DC power technology research and implementation Qualification & Requirement: - Master degree of the top-level university, major in electrical engineering or related area - Proven experience on board DC-DC power solution - Familiar with basic DC/DC topology and their apply scenario, e.g. full bridge, BUCK, forward etc. - Deep understanding of the basic power test such as voltage ripple, dynamic response, efficiency and bode plot - Familiar with power loss and tolerance analysis with MathCAD, or Excel - Proven experience in EMC design, verification and trouble shooting - Skilled in using Cadence for schematics and layouts design - Experience with mass production product is preferred - Has curious, independent and clear logical mind, good at analysis - Self-motivated learning and growth - Good communication skill, be proactive and accountable, result oriented - Fluent in oral/written English Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
