We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Logistics Reporting team. This role will focus on building scalable, high-impact dashboards for a global audience of 100+ stakeholders while ensuring performance, reliability, and strategic insight generation. The ideal candidate has strong Google BigQuery (SQL) skills, a keen eye for data-driven insights, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Google BigQuery (or equivalent SQL tools) to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient data extraction for reporting. Drive insights from large datasets to support strategic decision-making in logistics operations. Manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining a proactive and structured approach to analysis and reporting. Think strategically to develop innovative solutions that address complex logistics challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting accuracy. Advocate for data best practices, dashboard governance, and performance tuning to optimize reporting infrastructure. Ensure high data quality and consistency, troubleshooting performance issues and ensuring dashboards meet business needs.

What will you bring to the table?

4-6 years of experience in a data analytics role; business analysis experience is a plus. Strong SQL proficiency (Google BigQuery preferred) for efficient querying, data transformations, and analysis. Experience finding insights from complex datasets, with a track record of driving business impact through data. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adjusting priorities quickly while maintaining a strategic, problem-solving mindset. Proactive approach to analyzing and proposing insights for logistics operations to drive continuous improvement. Technical proficiency with GSuite, Atlassian (Jira), Git, and Slack for collaboration and project tracking. Strong statistical and mathematical skills for data analysis and optimization. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all work.
