Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. This role involves advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement, and the generation of insights to support commercial and operational objectives.



Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insight Generation + Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
+ Deliver actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance.
Reporting & Visualisation + Own and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker or Power BI.
+ Ensure data accuracy and clarity in all reporting outputs.
Stakeholder Engagement + Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
+ Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced Analytics + Apply analytical techniques and methodologies to understand cohort behaviour and segment users.
+ Drive innovation in analytics processes and methodologies.
Data Governance + Ensure compliance with data quality standards and governance frameworks.
+ Support continuous improvement of data processes.


Skills & ExperienceEssential + Strong analytical and insight generation skills, with 4+ years of experience in analytics roles.
+ High proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker etc.).
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Detail-oriented problem solver with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
Desirable + Experience with Python for advanced analytics.
+ Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
+ Background in web analytics or customer insights.
