Position Description

As a vital member of our engineering team at a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, your role as a Dynamics 365 Engineer is crucial in driving software development initiatives internally and externally. Your primary focus will be contributing to the evolution of our software solutions tailored for mechanical contractors.

Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Software Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

• Software Development:

• Develop innovative features for our software using C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, AL, and Power FX.
• Maintain and enhance the existing software functionality.
• Create and improve custom software utilities used in the software development life cycle.
• Customize and generate Business Central code units, pages, tables, queries, and reports.

• Customer-SpecificCustomizations:

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of unique software features for our customers.
• Develop reusable assets for our customers.
• Provide technical support to customers as needed.

• Other Technical Tasks:

• Assist with ISV products, including MSCRM AddOns and Resco Mobile development.
• Contribute to existing TIBCO Scribe online integrations.
• Provide support for software upgrades, ensuring documentation is comprehensive.

Skills & Experience Required

We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Dynamics 365 development, possessing expertise in the following areas:

• D365/CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom Actions.
• Proficient in JavaScript coding, including Web API for D365 client-side development.
• Experience in creating advanced Canvas Apps (Power FX).
• Programming proficiency in AL.
• Familiarity with code collaboration using Azure DevOps.
• Competence in creating and modifying Power Automate flows for Dynamics 365.

In addition to technical skills, successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written communication, ensuring effective collaboration in the workplace.
