En tant que responsable senior des references clients pour la conception et la fabrication (D&M), vous contribuerez a la mise en place d'un programme de references clients de classe mondiale qui fera progresser l'activite D&M. Ce poste est tres visible et transversal, et implique une collaboration avec les parties prenantes du marketing, de la strategie, des ventes et de la reussite client au sein de l'organisation. Vous aurez la responsabilite d'elaborer et de diriger la strategie mondiale de reference client pour Fusion, le cloud industriel pour la conception et la fabrication, en veillant a ce que la promotion par les clients soutienne directement les priorites de commercialisation, l'acceleration du pipeline et la credibilite de la marque dans tous les segments de la fabrication. Vous aurez la responsabilite de la recherche et de la selection des principaux ambassadeurs clients pour les prendre la parole lors d'evenements phares, notamment Autodesk University, notre conference clients.
Responsabilites
Rechercher, qualifier et fideliser de maniere proactive des ambassadeurs parmi les responsables de la conception, de l'ingenierie, de la fabrication et des operations, capables de parler de maniere credible de la valeur et de l'impact de Fusion
Etablir et entretenir des relations de confiance a long terme avec les clients, en tant que principal responsable de l'engagement des references et en veillant a ce que les clients se sentent valorises, ecoutes et strategiquement associes
Veiller a l'alignement des references avec les objectifs commerciaux d'Autodesk, notamment la strategie, l'execution, la mesure et l'optimisation des programmes
Gerer et obtenir les formulaires de consentement des clients et les avis juridiques, si necessaire
Collaborer avec les equipes chargees de la strategie industrielle, du marketing, des ventes et de la reussite client afin d'identifier les comptes strategiques et d'elaborer des plans de promotion visant a approfondir les relations avec les comptes
Tenir a jour l'inventaire des references clients, y compris les etudes de cas, les temoignages, les references de pairs, les citations de dirigeants, les videos, les references d'analystes et les intervenants lors d'evenements
Examiner, gerer et repondre aux demandes de references clients afin de soutenir les campagnes et initiatives marketing cles
Gerer le programme d'intervenants clients D&M pour l'Autodesk University et d'autres evenements, selon les besoins
Assurer la performance du programme de reference, y compris les indicateurs cles de performance et les cycles de retour d'information des parties prenantes, et appliquer des informations basees sur les donnees et des mesures de performance afin d'optimiser le programme
Collaborer avec les membres de l'equipe marketing client afin de mettre en place des programmes de reconnaissance pour la conception et la fabrication, en tirant parti des meilleures pratiques du secteur et des technologies emergentes afin de positionner Autodesk comme un leader dans le domaine de la conception et de la fabrication
Gerer les relations avec les laureats des prix et des distinctions D&M, en veillant a ce que les laureats soient integres dans les programmes de promotion et les activites de marketing du secteur
Qualifications Minimales
Au moins 4 ans d'experience pertinente dans le marketing client et/ou la promotion aupres des clients
Experience requise dans le secteur de la conception et de la fabrication ou dans une entreprise B2B ou une grande entreprise axee sur la fabrication
Excellente comprehension du public du secteur de la fabrication et de la dynamique d'achat, y compris les besoins des responsables de la conception, de l'ingenierie, de la fabrication et des operations
Solides competences en gestion de projet, souci du detail et orientation vers les resultats, avec une execution et un suivi efficaces
Experience dans la communication des mises a jour et des performances du programme aux parties prenantes et aux dirigeants

Position Overview
At Autodesk, the customer marketing team serves as the megaphone for amplifying the success of our customer champions with a platform to share their stories with the world. We enable go-to-market teams with the powerful voice of the customer to drive brand awareness, demand, new business, and retention.
As the Senior Customer Reference Manager for Design and Manufacturing (D&M), you will help us build a world-class customer reference program that drives the D&M business forward. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, partnering with marketing, strategy, sales, and customer success stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for building and owning the global customer reference strategy for Fusion, the industry cloud for Design and Manufacturing, ensuring customer advocacy directly supports go-to-market priorities, pipeline acceleration, and brand credibility across manufacturing segments. You will own sourcing and curating key customer advocates for speaking opportunities at flagship events, including Autodesk University, our customer conference.
Responsibilities
Proactively source, qualify, and secure customer advocates across design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders who can credibly speak to the value and impact of Fusion
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with customers, serving as the primary steward of reference engagement and ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and strategically partnered with
Ensure alignment of references with Autodesk's business objectives, including program strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization
Manage and obtain customer consent forms and legal reviews, as needed
Partner with industry strategy, marketing, sales, and customer success to identify strategic accounts and build advocacy plans designed to deepen account relationships
Maintain up-to-date inventory of customer references, including case studies, testimonials, peer references, executive quotes, videos, analyst references, and event speakers
Review, manage, and fulfill requests for customer references to support key marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manage D&M customer speaker program for Autodesk University and other events as needed
Own reference program performance, including KPIs and stakeholder feedback cycles, and apply data-driven insights and performance metrics to optimize the program
Partner with customer marketing team members to shape recognition programs for design and manufacturing, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to position Autodesk as a leader in design and make
Manage D&M recognition and award winner relationships, ensuring winners are integrated into advocacy programs and industry marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years relevant experience in customer marketing and/or customer advocacy
Must have experience working in the Design and Manufacturing industry or for a B2B or enterprise company focused on manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing audiences and buying dynamics, including the needs of design, engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders
Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and results-focused with impactful execution and follow-through
Experience communicating program updates and performance to stakeholders and executives

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,000 and $149,930. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
